Position Summary
The Concierge is responsible for ensuring every guest is welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit to Blondie’s Salon & Spa. This role focuses on hospitality, cleanliness, and creating a seamless guest experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury environment. As a key member of the Guest Services team, the Concierge plays an essential role in upholding the atmosphere and brand standards of Blondie’s.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Greet and escort guests to appropriate service areas
- Offer guests refreshments, magazines, or amenities as needed
- Monitor guest flow and communicate with service providers to ensure timely appointments
- Respond to guest needs quickly and professionally to maintain a high standard of care
- Support the distribution of loyalty programs, gift cards, and promotional materials
Cleanliness & Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest-facing areas, including the lounge, bathrooms, and changing rooms
- Restock towels, robes, refreshments, and other guest essentials throughout the day
- Support daily laundry duties and coordinate with other team members to ensure readiness of clean supplies
- Ensure treatment areas and waiting spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Team Communication & Support
- Communicate with the front desk, service providers, and leadership team to help manage the flow of the day
- Respond to internal updates and assist in executing team goals
- Assist in managing product samples, seasonal amenities, or special promotions for guest experience
Administrative Support
- Assist in light administrative tasks such as preparing treatment areas, assisting with backbar restocking, or relaying client requests to the appropriate team members
- Support event setup, retail events, or brand promotions as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $14.00/hour

10% commission on all personal retail sales

Schedule
- Tue-Thu, 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Fridays, 3:00pm-6:00pm
- Additional coverage or hours may be offered based on availability and business needs
Dress Code & Professional Standards
All team members are required to maintain a sophisticated business casual appearance and uphold the highest standards of personal grooming. As a guest-facing role, the Concierge is expected to embody warmth, professionalism, and poise at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or client-facing support roles preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and respond to guest needs efficiently
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, luxury salon and spa experience
